We just had a brilliant evening hearing Linvoy speak humbly about his life and how God has met him. Thank you to all who came and especially to those who helped serve! Hit the link to see the photos...
We're excited to announce that former Portsmouth FC footballer Linvoy Primus is coming to speak about life and faith at our Alpha Launch event this term!
The evening is free and includes a great curry, drinks and a fantastic talk.
You don't have to want to do Alpha in order to come to this event, but this is an unmissable opportunity to bring friends who might be interested in doing Alpha, which starts on 9th October.

'Amongst all the star names at Portsmouth Football Club, no player has been more popular than Linvoy Primus. The last 18 years have seen Linvoy play at Charlton, Barnet, Reading and finally at Portsmouth where his career came to an end through injury in December 2009. The Milton Stand at the club was renamed "The Linvoy Primus Community Stand" in honour of his outstanding services to the club.
'Linvoy released his autobiography "Transformed" in 2007 and co-founded "Faith and Football", a Christian charity.
'Linvoy shares his story of his life in football and encounter with God which led to a life and career that have been totally transformed.'
